Ryan Stoll
Ryan Stoll examines how technology has impacted childhood development and how it can be utilized to improve mental health issues through preventative intervention. He has created apps for children to manage anxiety and learn social skills. He’s also created emotional learning curriculums that have been implemented in elementary schools.
His program teaches strategies for stress management, self-confidence and relationship-building skills.
Stoll is a Dissemination and Implementation Scientist in the Department of Psychology.
He collaborates with the ASU REACH Institute while managing the Courage Lab and Compass for Courage. He’s been published in The Journal of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology, Prevention Science as well as Cognitive and Behavioral Practice.
