Nancy Cervasio, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, has over 25 years of successful achievement in growing and transforming online higher education.

She has served in the student services, enrollment, admissions and operations verticals in Executive Leadership positions. Her experience includes managing staff and students, both domestically and internationally, and all support systems and strategies associated therewith.

Nancy helped to build a new and innovative team at EdPlus that focused on a more comprehensive approach to student support, Success Coaching. This included studying the behaviors of online students and developing proactive interventions to support their success. The Success Coaching Center has been in operation since 2016 and since that time has shown positive trends in engagement, student satisfaction and student retention as a result. Nancy also established the EdPlus enrollment center in May, 2018. The focus of both centers is to provide students an environment where goals can be established and achieved, as well as academic progress and success are obtained.

Her other responsibilities include working with our Pathways team who works with students who are exploring college through courses and earning their way into ASU degree programs. Student Services, financial aid support, compliance, training and development and social engagement are all within her sphere of influence.
