Michael Selmi is an expert in employment law, employment discrimination and policing.

He is a foundation professor of Law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.

Professor Selmi has frequently commented on COVID-19-related workplace issues and discrimination-related issues.

As a former U.S. Justice Department attorney, in the civil rights division, Selmi has also commented on numerous civil rights investigations led by the U.S. Justice Department.
