Jessica Lehmann is an expert in applied scientific principles of food preparation and production. As a lecturer in the College of Health Solutions, her work extends to communicating evidence-based nutrition messages to help promote change.
Lehmann has worked as a Clinical Dietitian for Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital and is the State Media Representative for the Arizona Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
As long as someone is getting the nutrients they need, they can enjoy a small treat every day, no problem.
