Tom Hunsaker's expertise is in the areas of competitive and global strategy, performance leadership, and organizational consulting.

Hunsaker is associate dean of innovation of Thunderbird School of Global Management and academic director of Thunderbird Applied Learning which delivers engagements that involve either extensive simulations or team-based, client-facing, project-driven consulting experiences.

He has authored prominent work in innovation management, behavioral strategy, leadership, and higher education. His work has appeared in many practitioner and scholarly outlets including Harvard Business Review, Business & Economy, Financial Times, and Bloomberg.

Hunsaker has consulted for companies operating in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He has particular expertise in Latin America.
