Emma Frow is an expert in bioengineering, engineering ethics and science policy.

She is an assistant professor at the School for the Future of Innovation in Society and the School of Biological & Health Systems Engineering.

Professor Frow's research focuses on the governance of emerging biotechnologies, with a specific focus on governance by the STEM research community. 

In addition to her work at ASU, she has also worked with the ESRC Genomics Policy & Research Forum at the University of Edinburgh and at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
