Molly Ott is an expert in higher education who studies administrative, leadership and organizational issues confronting colleges and universities. Her research is specifically focused on questions of decision-making, influence, and fairness in faculty workplace experiences and careers, as well as intercollegiate athletics.
As an associate professor in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, she is interested in how campuses can better support often exploited subgroups, such as adjunct faculty and college athletes, and create more equitable conditions and outcomes for all stakeholders.
