Erik Luna is an expert in criminal justice law, constitutional law and terrorism.

He is the the Amelia D. Lewis Professor of Constitutional and Criminal Law in the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.

Professor Luna teaches and writes primarily in the areas of criminal law and criminal procedure

Prior to his position at ASU, Luna was the Sydney & Frances Lewis Professor of Law at Washington and Lee University, the Hugh B. Brown Chair in Law at the University of Utah, and he has received two Fulbright awards.
