Timothy Takahashi

Timothy Takahashi is an expert in aerospace engineering, aviation, aerial systems and aerodynamics. 

He studies the impact of design on the aerodynamics of aerial vehicles while utilizing fluid mechanics to analyze aircraft performance. Takahashi furthers his research through consulting on aviation law, dispatch, and simulation while advocating for greater expertise and understanding of the field.

Takahashi is a professor of practice for aerospace engineering in the School for the Engineering of Matter, Transport and Energy.

He has worked with NASA, Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon and Northrop-Grumman, and he is an associate fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
