Jeffrey Timmermans is an expert in business journalism, history of business journalism and financial news literacy.
Timmermans has more than two decades of experience as a financial journalist and journalism educator.
He is the Reynolds Chair in Business Journalism at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
Prior to his position at ASU he worked as a reporter in Tokyo for The Wall Street Journal and as a managing editor for Dow Jones Newswires in Hong Kong and Singapore.
