Edd Gibson's professional expertise includes improving the costs, scheduling, quality and safety of capital facilities delivery processes, with particular focus on early engineering and design. As a Professor and Sunstate Chair of Construction Management and Engineering at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, he also is an expert in academic leadership, and continues to work with a number of universities in improving their programs.

Gibson is a Distinguished Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a member of the National Academy of Construction.
