Emma Frow is an expert in bioengineering, engineering ethics and science policy.
She is an associate professor in the School for the Future of Innovation in Society and the School of Biological & Health Systems Engineering. Professor Frow’s research focuses on the governance of emerging biotechnologies, in particular the field of synthetic biology. In addition to her work at ASU she has also worked at the Science, Technology & Innovation Studies unit at the University of Edinburgh, and at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
