Arizona State University’s partnership with the city of Phoenix on its 12,000-student downtown campus was reaffirmed today as the Phoenix City Council approved a $13.5 million investment in a new building for Thunderbird School of Global Management, a 72-year-old international business management school that joined the university in 2014.
